I'm a software engineer and hands-on tech consultant with experience setting up restaurant POS systems, online ordering platforms, delivery apps, websites, kiosks, dashboards, and customer-facing business tools.
Whether a business is launching for the first time or trying to clean up messy systems, I help turn scattered tools into a clear, usable workflow.
I'm based in the Bay Area and have worked across software engineering, restaurant technology, local business support, and customer-facing technical setup.
My background is a mix of hands-on problem solving and software development. I've built full-stack applications, worked on inventory and sensor-based systems, supported customers, created dashboards, and helped local restaurants set up the tools they need to operate day to day.
What makes me different is that I don't just understand the software side. I understand the real-world side too: owners who are busy, staff who need simple instructions, menus that keep changing, delivery apps that need to match the POS, and customers who expect everything online to be accurate.
I like helping businesses simplify the technical side so they can focus on running the business.
I help set up and organize POS systems, including business details, hours, menu items, modifiers, categories, taxes, and payment setup.
I help restaurants organize and launch their online ordering presence across all major delivery platforms.
I help restaurants reduce tablet chaos by connecting third-party delivery platforms into a more manageable workflow.
I help create simple, clean websites and online profiles so customers can find accurate information, view menus, and place orders.
I help set up in-store tools that make ordering and operations easier for staff and customers alike.
Completed digital launch setup for local restaurants, helping organize their POS systems, online ordering platforms, websites, delivery apps, and in-store ordering tools.
For these projects, I helped set up the restaurants' technology stack from start to finish. This included Square POS setup, business hours, menu items, modifiers, payment setup, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Cuboh order aggregation, Square Online websites, and Kiosk Buddy self-ordering kiosks.
The goal was to create a clean workflow where customers could order online, staff could manage orders more easily, and the business owner had a more organized system to run daily operations.
The restaurants were able to launch with organized menus, connected ordering platforms, working POS systems, customer-facing websites, and a simpler workflow for managing third-party delivery orders.
In addition to restaurant and local business technology setup, I have experience as a software engineer building web and mobile applications.
I've worked with React, React Native, Firebase, Firestore, JavaScript, Next.js, Node.js, and other modern web technologies. I've helped build customer-facing apps, internal dashboards, inventory systems, and tools that connect software with real-world operations.
This software background helps me think beyond just setup. I'm able to understand systems, troubleshoot issues, organize data, and create workflows that make sense for both the business and the people using the tools.
A lot of local business technology projects are not difficult because of one single tool. They become difficult because everything is connected: the website, the menu, the POS, the delivery apps, the photos, the hours, the staff workflow, and the customer experience.
I help bring order to that process. When I work with a client, I focus on:
I ask the right questions before jumping into setup.
No chaos — just a structured plan you can follow along with.
You'll always know what's done, what's pending, and what needs your approval.
I translate tech for owners, managers, and staff — not just engineers.
I verify everything actually works before handing it over.
The final result should work for the people using it every day, not just on paper.
I enjoy working on projects where technology has a direct impact on a real business. I like seeing a messy setup become organized. I like helping business owners feel less stressed about the technical side. And I like building systems that actually get used in the real world.
My work style is hands-on, calm, and organized. I ask the right questions, break the project into steps, and keep the client updated throughout the process.
If something is unfamiliar, I figure it out. If something is messy, I organize it. If something is confusing, I explain it clearly.
If you're launching a restaurant, cleaning up your online ordering, setting up a POS system, or trying to make your business information more accurate online, I'd be happy to help.
